Rice Dishes along with typical curries and of course Sri Lankan Short Eats unlike anything else around the world. Food verities touch the influences of Dutch, Indian, English, Chinese and Portuguese.

DAY 01 AIRPORT - NEGOMBO
Arrival and transfer to Hotel in Negombo for two nights. Negombo is a city on the west coast of Sri Lanka, north of the capital, Colombo. Known as a fishing village and the popular fish market is a must go place. The night life and variety of sea food dishes are the most attracted. Rest of the day relaxation.

DAY 02 NEGOMBO
Visit to the Fish Market with the tour guide and select your own choices of sea food items for your demonstration with the hotel chef. Welcome briefing meeting followed by cookery demonstration and welcome dinner.

DAY 03 NEGOMBO – DAMBULLA
After breakfast leave for Hotel in Dambulla/Sigiriya for three nights. En route visit Dambulla Cave Temple which is famous for its rock paintings and rock temples and is one of the most important sites for Buddhist pilgrimage.

DAY 04 SIGIRIYA VILLAGE TOUR
Morning, visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Referred by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World this ancient palace and fortress complex has significant archaeological importance and attracts thousands of tourists every year. It is probably the most visited tourist destination of Sri Lanka. Travel to a village by bullock carts. Cookery demonstration at Village house by village women in Habarana Enjoy the lunch with the local family. Walk around the Sigiriya Village area.

DAY 05 POLONNARUWA
Morning, visit Polonnaruwa (A UNESCO World Heritage Site), is the main town of Polonnaruwa District in North Central Province, Sri Lanka. Polonnaruwa remains as the royal ancient city of the Kingdom of Polonnaruwa. The second most ancient of Sri Lanka's kingdoms, Polonnaruwa was first established by the Choli dynasty as their capital in the 10th century. The Ancient City of Polonnaruwa has been declared a World Heritage Site. Optional – Elephant Safari at Minneriya National Park. Rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 06 DAMBULLA – KANDY
Transfer to Kandy for two nights. En route visit Coconut Rope Maker and Spice Garden. Enjoy lunch at the spice garden View a traditional cultural show in Kandy.

DAY 07 KANDY
Morning, visit the temples such as Embekka, Gadaladeniya & Lankathilaka . Afternoon, visit Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy city tour. Special lunch at a local mansion overviewing Kandy Temple.

DAY 08 KANDY – PERADENIYA – NUWARA ELIYA
Morning, visit Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Proceed to Nuwara Eliya for one night. En route visit the Labukele Tea Factory. High tea will be served at the Hill Club.

DAY 09 NUWARA ELIYA - YALA
After breakfast leave for Yala for two nights. En route stop at scenic location for photo shooting. DAY 10 YALA Morning at leisure. Cookery demonstration followed by lunch at the edge of Yala NP. Afternoon visits to Yala National Park. Research on Leopards in Yala Block 1 has shown it has one of the highest densities of Leopards in the world and it is the best place in Asia to see Leopards.

DAY 11 YALA – GALLE Transfer to, Galle for three nights.
Galle is the southern capital Sri Lanka. Galle Dutch fort is the main attraction in the city.

DAY 12 GALLE – LUNU GANGA
Highlight of the day is visiting Lunuganga. The Lunuganga Estate was the country house of the renowned Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa. The estate had been used as a cinnamon estate during the Dutch era and then a rubber plantation under the British. In 1948, the small house in the estate was given on rent to the local tax collector Afternoon at leisure.

DAY 13 GALLE – MEETIYAGODA
Morning, visit Gem Mine and Cookery demonstrations followed by lunch at a hotel in Galle.

DAY 14 GALLE – COLOMBO
Transfer to Colombo for two nights. En route visit the Brief Garden. Visit the Colombo city including Old & New Parliaments, Gangaramaya Temple, Pettah Bazzar, Galle Face Green, Independence Arcade and free for shopping.

DAY 15 Breakfast at the hotel.
Check-out from the hotel and proceed to Gallery Café for farewell dinner. Late evening transfer to the International Airport.
