DAY 01 : AIRPORT | NEGOMBO (45 Minutes)

Meet & Greet at the Airport by KARUSAN TRAVELS Representative. Transfer to Hotel in Negombo for two nights. Negombo which considered as Sri Lanka’s one of the beautiful destination for beach lovers with fine and smooth sand. Negombo is a traditional fishing town in Sri Lanka, and no wonder the town is a gourmet food lover’s paradise with seafood available in plenty. Rest & Relaxation. Two nights in Negombo.

DAY 02 : NEGOMBO

After the breakfast, take a visit to the local Fish Market  and buy some freshly unloaded fish from the boats. Also visit the local market and buy some vegetables. Back to hotel and have a cooking session with the stuff you brought from the market within the hotel cheif or a local family to experience the best Sri Lankan authentic foods come-up with bit Spicy with Delicious taste. Welcome briefing meeting followed by cookery demonstration and welcome dinner.

DAY 03 : NEGOMBO | DAMBULLA (approx. 03 ½ Hrs.)

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and leave for Sigiriya. En-route visit Golden Cave Temple at Dambulla which considered as one of the most important sites for Buddhist pilgrimage. Two days in Sigiriya.

DAY 04 : SIGIRIYA VILLAGE TOUR

After breakfast at the hotel, Visit Sigiriya to witness marvel at the remarkable engineering of the 5th century. Rock Fortress was a castle of one of the great King in Sri Lanka. On decent, leave for Hiriwadunna to enjoy a Village trek which includes bullock cart rides, Catamaran Safari, Tuk Tuk ride and followed by cookery demonstration with a typical Sri Lankan lunch at a local house.

DAY 05 : POLONNARUWA

After breakfast at the hotel check-out and proceed to Poonnaruwa. Polonnaruwa is one of the significant kingdoms in Sri Lankan history. This city renowned for Buddhist cultural and architectural significant achievements across Asia and Europe with giant stupas, intricate moonstones, beautiful parks, and imposing statues all scattered over a wide area of woodland.

En-route visit a Minneriya National Park to witness one of the best Elephant populated Park in Sri Lanka.

DAY 06 : DAMBULLA | KANDY (approx. 02 ½ Hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel check-out and proceed to Kandy. En-route visit a Spicy garden to discover the Sri Lankan herbs and spices thus enjoy a 15 minute head and shoulder massage.

DAY 07 : KANDY

After breakfast visit the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden which is renowned for it’s collection of orchids and different kind of plants. Later enjoy an attractive cycling ride through a nice village environment. 

Afternoon taste delicious Sri Lankan street food Kottu while having a sip beer at a local boutique.

DAY 08 : KANDY | PERADENIYA | NUWARA ELIYA (approx. 02 Hrs.)

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed to Nuwara Eliya which is the tea hill station in Sri Lanka. En-route visit Labukele Tea Plantation and Factory. Afternoon enjoy a the best high tea in Nuwara at The Grand Hotel. Later have a nice walk in the beautiful and cozy city of Nuwara Eliya.

DAY 09 : NUWARA ELIYA | YALA (approx. 04 Hrs.)

After breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed to Yala. Experience the Cookery demonstration at the edge of Yala National Park. Afternoon enjoy an attractive animal safari at Yala National Park which is famous for it’s high density of leopards.

DAY 11 : YALA | GALLE (approx. 02 ½ Hrs.)

Galle is the southern capital Sri Lanka. Galle Dutch fort is the main attraction in the city.

DAY 12 : GALLE | LUNU GANGA

Highlight of the day is visiting Lunuganga. The Lunuganga Estate was the country house of the renowned Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa. The estate had been used as a cinnamon estate during the Dutch era and then a rubber plantation under the British. In 1948, the small house in the estate was given on rent to the local tax collector Afternoon at leisure.

DAY 13 : GALLE | COLOMBO (approx. 02 Hrs.)

After the Breakfast at the hotel transfer to Colombo. Visit the Colombo city including Old & New Parliaments, Gangaramaya Temple, Pettah Bazzar, Galle Face Green, Independence Arcade and free for shopping. In the evening Tryout the mouthwatering street foods in Galle Face green under the sun set.

DAY 14 : COLOMBO | AIRPORT (approx. 45 Minutes)

Check-out from the hotel and proceed Gallery Café for farewell dinner. After time to catch your connecting departure flight.
